Shipping & Delivery: In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days; orders placed after 2pm process the next business day. Backordered, pre-order, and custom items ship by the date quoted at purchase.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days for store credit. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached. Custom and sale items are final sale. Damaged or defective items may be exchanged at no cost—contact us to start the process. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Domestic orders have a free 14-day right of return.

How long until I have my jewelry?

All in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. Orders places after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Backordered, Pre-order and custom items will ship on or before the promised date quoted at the time of purchase or when the custom order was placed.

What is your Return Policy

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 7 days for an online store credit. We ask that the items be in original (packaged) condition with tags attached; worn merchandise will not be accepted.

All custom orders + sale items are FINAL SALE.

Items that arrive damaged or are defective may be exchanged for a new item at no cost to you. If you feel your item isn’t as it should be, please Contact Us to get a return label and get the exchange process started.

Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs to our studio.
