Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 7 days for an online store credit. We ask that the items be in original condition with tags attached. Items with signs of wear on the merchandise will not be accepted. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

Items that arrive damaged or are defective may be exchanged for a new item at no cost to you. If you feel your item isn’t as it should be, please Contact Us or log in to your account to get a return label and get the exchange process started.

Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs to our Studio.
