HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
Backordered, Pre-order and custom items will ship on or before the promised date quoted at the time of purchase or when the custom order was placed.

All orders are packaged and shipped from our studio in Charlotte, NC.
DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?
We love that you love our jewelry as much as we do! We love to keep our best selling items in stock as supplies and materials are available.
If there is an item you'd like to order that is out of stock or discontinued, please send us a note and inquire about a custom order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 7 days for an online store credit. We ask that the items be in original (packaged) condition with tags attached; worn merchandise will not be accepted.
All custom orders + sale items are FINAL SALE.
Items that arrive damaged or are defective may be exchanged for a new item at no cost to you. If you feel your item isn’t as it should be, please Contact Us to get a return label and get the exchange process started.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs to our studio.

Clients are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a return service with tracking number. TR is not responsible for packages lost, damaged or misplaced during the return process.

Refunds and store credit will be issued within 5 business days of our studio receiving the returned merchandise.

WHY IS THERE AN NC TAG ON MY ITEM?
All of the TR products are proudly made in NC by our team. When thinking about branding and how to put her name on her products, Taylor wanted something that resonated with the brand and stood out among her competitors. Some designs require a traditional round branded tag, but most of our products feature our branded NC tag. When you see our NC tag on bracelets or necklaces, you'll know #taylormadeit.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
To ensure the longest, most beautiful life of your jewels, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place. Use a dry microfiber cloth to clean. If needed, use a slighty damp cloth to clean spots or tarnishing.
Swimming, showering and excessive sweating in your jewels is discouraged and may damage your pieces.

Taylor Reese jewelry is proudly made in North Carolina at our Charlotte, NC studio.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
At this time we do not offer a warranty on our products. If you item arrives defective or damaged in any way we will replace it at no cost to you.
I'M NOT SURE OF MY SIZE?
Most of our necklaces and stretch bracelets are one size fits most. Some bracelets may have a tighter fit at first but will relax over time as the elastic is stretched.
