It was a night like any other. I was at home, scrolling the internet and attempting to shop my favorite sites in hopes of finding something I couldn't live without, when it hit me. This business, this hobby, this ability to create wasn’t an option, it was a calling.
In the midst of my frustration and inability to find anything in my favorite team's colors, I had an unshakable feeling down to the very last cell in my body that I had to share my combined passion for sports & fashion with the world. I had to create! I had to (sustainably & responsibly) create for all the people like me that want to support their school or team while accessorizing well. I had to offer more feminine fan pieces that could span the years of college, sorority, alumni, and lifelong fan statuses.
I had no idea, in that moment, how great the need for that type of jewelry would be. Or even more shockingly, just how much I would connect with smaller fan bases and alums from smaller colleges & universities as they realized there was something for them. While the Taylor Reese brand seeks to provide fashion forward jewelry for other days beside game day, our passion comes from meeting the needs of generational women looking to find the perfect graduation, college acceptance or football fan gift for themselves or others.
